This group is intended for teens that are looking to learn about mindfulness and yoga practice. We will walk through how mindfulness/yoga is helpful in managing life stressors. Participants will develop their in mindfulness/yoga practice that feels good to them in their own mind, heart, and bodies. And, it's fun!

Group runs: June 11th - July 30th
Group meets: Wednesdays: 8:30-9:15 am for 8 sessions over 8 weeks.
Fees: $100 per session- $800 / full group
Insurance Accepted: Quartz, Medicaid, and BCBS/Anthem.
