Molly is a licensed clinical social worker with experience supporting people of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of settings, including public child welfare, hospitals, and intensive outpatient programs. Molly works with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, relational challenges, major life transitions and other life stressors. While she has a particular interest in supporting teens and families, she partners with clients across the lifespan to build coping skills, insight, and resilience.

Molly takes an integrative approach to therapy, blending evidence-based interventions with a relational, collaborative style that fosters connection, curiosity, and self-understanding. Attentive to each person’s unique identity, culture, and life experiences, Molly creates a neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA-affirming, and culturally attuned space where clients of all races, identities, and backgrounds can feel safe, seen, and understood. She walks alongside clients, providing support and a collaborative space to explore challenges, build resilience, and promote meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Molly is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and has completed Training for Adoption Competency (TAC), bringing specialized skills to support clients navigating the impact of trauma and life transitions.
